A – Move it Yaar is an aggregator of transport and logistics companies having presence in India, Nepal and Bhutan.

Q – Why should customers register on Move it Yaar?

A – Move it Yaar is the one point solution for all the logistic needs of a person/organization. It is a platform where you can get the best prices from the Transporters on a particular route for transporting goods across India, Nepal and Bhutan.

Q – Why should transporters/agents register on Move it Yaar?

A – Move it Yaar helps transportation companies or agents to get customers in the market and helps reducing their marketing cost. It helps transporters to work in a more organized market.

Q – Types of services provided by Move It Yaar?

A –Move it Yaar provides the following services:

• Provides a Tech enabled platform where Transporter and customers can meet.

• Free Directory with complete details of Transporter across India

• Advertisement Services

• Transport Consultancy Services where Move it Yaar can help you crack the right deal with right terms and conditions. It involves screening of market, transporters, negotiations and final closure of deal.

Registration

Q – How to register with Move It Yaar?

A – For registration, click on the Registration tab on the website and select the following appropriate types according to your requirements and fill the details:

• Customer

• Agent

• Transporter

• Warehouse

Q – How many types of registration can be done by me?

A – You can register for any number of above mentioned types by paying separate charges for each category.

Q – Can I register for other types too after registration for one type?

A – Yes you can add more types by login into your account and visiting “Add New Categories” tab available there.

Q – Can I reduce my registration for a particular type after registration?

A – No, registrations for all the types are on annual basis so you cannot reduce it for that period of time. But yes while renewing you have the option to reduce it.

Q – Can I cancel my registration and take refund?

A – No, once registered, you can’t cancel it. Registration charges are not refundable.

Q – What is the validity of my registration?

A – Registration for any category is valid for one year and it needs to be renewed every year by paying the prevailing annual charges.

Q – What are the registration charges?

A – To know about the registration charges you can visit Our Pricing tab available on the homepage of the website. The charges vary for different categories and stations. For example, for the same category there will be different price from different places.

Q – How can I make payment for registration charges?

A – You can make online payment after providing all the required details for registration by net banking, credit card or debit card through our dedicated payment gateway.

Route

Q – How do we make our route?

A – Once you register from a place then you need to add all your delivery points. Your route will be from your registered place to all the delivery points.

Q – Can we add new stations/delivery points to our route?

A – You can add new stations/deliver points to your existing route by selecting the option Add New Delivery Cities.

Log In

Q – How do I Log In?

A – You can click on the Sign in tab and log in by your registered email id or log in ID sent by Move It Yaar after registration and with the given password.

Q – Can I change my password?

A – Yes, you can change your password at any time by visiting View/Edit My Profile after registering in your account.

Q – What should I do if I forget my password?

A – No worries. You can change the password by clicking on Forget Password and you will receive an email from Move It Yaar on your registered email ID with a link to change the password.

Profile

Q – How do I update my contact details?

A – First login to your account and then update your contact details by selecting View/Edit Profile.

Q – Can I Change my e-mail id?

A – Once registered, your email id can’t be changed.

Q – Can I display my company’s logo on Move It Yaar Website?

A – You can add your logo from your account by selecting the option Add Company Profile.

Q – Can I change my company’s logo?

A – Yes, you can change it any time by selecting option Add Company Profile.

My Freight

Q – Can I update my freight rates?

A – You can update your freight rates by selecting the option Quote/Edit Freight Rate from your account.

Q – How I can change the freight rates quoted by me?

A – You can change your freight rate any number of time by selecting the option Quote/Edit Freight Rate.

Upgrade

Q – What is upgrade?

A – Upgrade of your account will give you priority in display of search results from the customers. Thus your visibility will improve and you are not left behind.

• Gold Account- Highest display preference over any account holders.

• Silver Account: Higher display preference over regular account holders.

Q – I am a transporter. I only work in Full load category. How can register for a particular category? What are the different types of categories under which I can register as a Transporter on Move it Yaar?

A – Go to Registration Tab, Choose Transporter and fill the required details. Choose Full Load from the drop down list while filing the details.

Following are the different categories for a transporter:

• Full truck load

• Container

• Courier

• Heavy Haul/ ODC

• House hold/ Packers

• Car & Bike Carrier

Q – Can I upgrade in silver & gold account for a choosen category?

A – No, you cannot upgrade in both. You can only upgrade your account either in silver or gold.

Q – I am registered under more than one category. How I can upgrade my account under silver & gold?

A – For each category you can choose either silver or gold to upgrade your account.

Q – How do I upgrade my account?

A – To upgrade the account, perform the following steps:

1. Login to your account

2. Select Upgrade

3. Click the required category box

4. Submit and pay the required annual charges.

Q – How do I get back my money if I want to cancel?

A – Once your account is being upgraded. You cannot cancel or exchange it with upgrade in any other category. Annual Charges are non- refundable.

Q – How I know the upgrade charges?

A – Visit the Our Pricing tab on the website, select city, category and submit it. The charges will be displayed.

Advertisement

Q – Who should post an advertisement on Move it Yaar?

A – Move it Yaar is an ideal platform for advertisement of their businesses for the following entities:

• Transporters

• Agents

• Warehouses

• Vehicle Finance Companies/ NBFCs

• General Insurance Companies

• Auto spare part Entities

Q – How do I post my advertisement?

A – From your account select Advertise with Us. Select the advertisement place, select package, run date & further selection as required from the page & submit & pay.

Q – How I can postpone or cancel my advertisements?

A – All advertisements once placed and paid for can’t be cancelled and it is non- refundable amount.

Q – Can I change my advertisement image?

A – Yes, you can change your advertisement image any number of times during the pendency of the period by visiting View My Ads.

Q – Where my advertisements will appear?

A – Your advertisements will appear on the page selected by you from the list of space.

Q – How I know the price of an advertisement?

A – Visit Our Pricing tab on the homepage for complete details.

Business Of The Day (Vehicles Available)

Q - We are having vehicles and we need goods. What should we do?

A – You can post your vehicle availability by logging your account and choose option Post Business of the Day and select tab Vehicle Available.

Q – How it will help me by posting?

A – Move It Yaar will notify all the service providers registered on the route furnishing your contact details. Anyone in need of the particular requirement can contact you.

Q – What happens if I get the load after posting on the website?

A – You can login your account and choose the option View/Edit Business Of The Day to delete or edit your post.

Business Of The Day (Cargo Available)

Q- We are having cargo and need vehicles. What should we do?

A – You can post your cargo availability by logging your account and choose option Post

Business Of The Day & select tab Cargo Available.

Q – How it will help me by posting?

A – Move It Yaar will notify all the service provider registered on the route furnishing your contact details. Anyone in need of the particular requirement can contact you.

Q- What happens if I get the vehicle after posting on the website?

A – You can login your account and choose the option View/Edit Business Of The Day to delete or edit your post.

Invite Quote

Q - We have regular loads to one or more destinations. How do I choose a transporter?

A - You can invite quote from your account by clicking on Invite Quote tab on the homepage, enter route detail, choose mode and category and then select service providers by clicking from the result list & click invite quote box & then submit. This will take you to a new page to furnish the description of the Goods/Cargo.

Q – How it will help me?

A – Move It Yaar will send your request to your selected service providers to send the quote directly. You may conclude your business deal with them directly. Move It Yaar do not charge any fees for that.

Q – Do I have to search and select for my specific route everytime I need a quotation?

A – No, as and when you select any service provider you can click on the star sign. That service provider will be starred and will be added to your My Favourite Routes and you can send invite quote from your account from My Favourite Route.

Q – How do I remove the service provider from My Favourite route?

A – You can remove the starred service provider by unstaring it from My Favourite Route.

Review

Q - Can I post review about a fellow service provider or customer?

A – Yes only registered service provider (Transporter), customer and agent can post the review about any customer or transporter by selecting from the list of the registered entities by name & station.

Q – How can I delete or edit the review posted by me?

A – For this you have to write to cs@moveityaar.com & request for deletion or editing of a review with reason for the same.

Q- How I can view all the review posted by me?

A – You can view all the review by logging into your account & choose the option View - All Reviews Posted By Me.

Q- How I can view all the review posted for me?

A – You can view all the review by logging into your account & choose the option - Reviews Posted For Me.

Q- What if a derogatory review is posted?

A- You can write your concern to cs@moveityaar.com. We will take immediate actions and will delete such reviews. We expect only dignified review to be posted by all concerned.
